Residential Care Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead and support our team at Ignis Care Ltd. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with the qualifications and drive to help create brighter futures for young people.
The successful candidate will have prior experience in residential care settings, proven leadership abilities, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. They must also have the right to work in the UK on a permanent basis without sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supporting the daily operations of the residential home, ensuring compliance with safeguarding policies and creating a nurturing environment.
2. Assisting children with their care plans, development, and safety, leading and mentoring other support staff as required.
3. Leading, mentoring, and supervising other support staff, promoting a positive and supportive team culture.
