Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide exceptional care and support to the young people, including building confidence and self-esteem and safeguarding their safety at all times.
  • Support with daily activities and hobbies that help develop the young person's life and social skills.
  • Be assigned a Key Child - play a fundamental role in their day-to-day life and advocate for their needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of care plans, risk assessments, and behaviour plans.

The successful candidate will be required to adhere to all policies and procedures and report any concerns immediately to Team Leader / Management. We offer ongoing support from all team members, opportunities to enrol on to L 3/4 Children and Young People after 6 months successful probation period, full training and support within your role, refer a friend scheme, and outstanding career development opportunities.
