**Job description**

Are you compassionate and caring? Here at Todays Tomorrow we have a new opportunity for a full-time Residential Child Care Worker to work on a 4 on 4 off night shift pattern.

You will work as a team, building trusting relationships with our children and young people who, at times can present with behaviours that may be challenging. For this reason, we are looking for people who are emotionally resilient and who are passionate about supporting children and young people to make positive life choices. Our nightshift residential child care workers support our children and young people through the night, promote a positive night time routine and ensure our young people feel safe.

We are looking to recruit staff that have a sound knowledge and understanding of residential childcare therefore a minimum of 1 years' experience is necessary and qualified to at least SVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
