Business Development Head

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Head to join our sales team in Bristol. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with key accounts, and pursuing new business opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive growth and achieve business objectives, lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Build strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty, prepare tailored proposals for prospective clients.
- Ensure timely updates of sales pipelines and forecasts, collaborate with internal departments for seamless project execution.
Business Goals:
- Align sales strategy with company goals, generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert opportunities into successful sales.
- Nurture existing client relationships to drive repeat business and provide detailed performance reports on sales activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in technical or manufacturing sectors, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working autonomously with a customer-focused approach and a passion for achieving targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools like Dynamics, with the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and industry standards.
