Salary & Benefits

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Job Responsibilities
  • Create and implement strategic business development plans, aligned to our business strategy.
  • Develop go to market plans for key employee engagement solutions.
  • Generate client leads, develop proposals in partnership with internal teams, and achieve business growth targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to generate business leads and ensure growth of the agency.
  • Represent the agency at industry events.
  • Network with the wider Mccann Worldgroup teams to identify opportunities where we can add greater value to existing client relationships.
Requirements
  • High acumen for demand generation, with the ability to lead, grow and develop our acquisition strategy across all online and offline channels.
  • A consultative approach to growth – strategic and commercially targeted in your approach.
  • Passion and confidence in talking about the latest employee engagement and experience trends.
  • Confidence and professionalism in representing our agency during credentials meetings.
  • A self-starting mentality, with the ability to identify commercial leads from an array of sources.
  • An engaging presentation style.
  • Excellent people management skills with the ability to spot and optimise new client relationships.
  • The ability to structure and manage multiple workstreams.
