Head of Sales and Business Development

You will lead a high-performing sales team, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Your expertise will be essential in driving innovation and strategic partnerships to further our mission of tackling environmental issues.
About the Role
- Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive revenue growth
- Sales Team Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue and profit targets
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and innovative engineering
- Contract Negotiations: Oversee contract negotiations in each Business unit respectively
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and provide regular competitor analysis
- Process Owner: Manage the functional budget and be process owner of the Sales QMS, including CRM
- Performance Reporting: Responsible for departmental metrics and performance reporting for the benefit, adapting the output to different audiences
We estimate the salary for this position to be around $150,000 - $220,000 per year, based on your skills and experience.
