Job DescriptionAs a Pricing and Promotion Specialist at L'Oréal, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and improving commercial performance across our luxury division. Your primary responsibilities will include leading price and promotional optimisation, owning pre- and post-event analysis, and helping to create and evolve RGM practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead price and promotional optimisation for the UKI Luxe team
- Own the Pre-and-Post Event analysis of our promotions and activations
- Help create and evolve RGM practices from tools used to processes followed and frameworks created
To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong background in commercial finance or strategic functions, with direct experience business partnering commercial teams to deliver transformational agendas. Advanced data analytic proficiency through Excel and other BI software solutions is also essential, as well as confidence with P&L analysis and modelling.
