Senior Commercial Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Excellence Lead to join our team in Central London (hybrid work arrangement).

About the Role:

  1. Standardize Reporting and Automation

  2. Lead Key Performance Indicator Projects

  3. Maintain Global Travel Retail Performance Scorecard

  4. Oversee Monthly Commercial Review Process

  5. Develop In-Store Execution Strategies

  6. Lead Training Initiatives for Commercial Team

  7. Conduct Commercial Needs Analysis and Create Training Calendar

  8. Ensure High-Quality Content Creation

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in FMCG/beverage sectors or consulting roles focused on sales excellence.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in field sales and progressive leadership roles.
  • Proficient in sales forecasting software and analytics tools like Excel and Tableau.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
