This is a part-time position, ideal for someone who can commit to working Wednesday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with the flexibility to accommodate occasional extra hours when needed. Our client values a proactive and organised individual who can stay composed under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an office setting, preferably within a legal environment. While not essential, this background would be advantageous in navigating complex schedules, records, and communication systems. Familiarity with office software, such as scheduling tools and digital record management, is also highly valued.

You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering outstanding customer experiences through professional and courteous interactions
  • Maintaining the smooth operation of the office by ordering supplies and managing essentials
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining the diary to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Overseeing incoming and outgoing mail, archiving, and storage
  • Directing clients to relevant services or resources as needed
  • Utilising your IT skills to perform administrative tasks and maintain organised digital records
