Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our Central Enquiry Handling team at Nottingham Trent University. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to students, staff, and the wider university community.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high levels of customer service and support to students, staff, and external partners.
- Work collaboratively with the Enquiry Handling Team Leader to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to monitor service performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a coordinated approach to service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with university policies, procedures, and initiatives to provide informed responses to customer enquiries.
