At Wattbike, we're looking for a skilled Customer Service and Operations Specialist to join our busy Customer Services team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing world-class service to our customers through sales support and ensuring they have an expert point of contact specific to their needs.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, ideally at least 1 year, and a strong understanding of excellent customer service principles. They will be proficient in effective communication over the telephone, email, and live chat, and have the ability to prioritize, plan, and resolve issues quickly.

As a Customer Service and Operations Specialist, you'll work closely with our technical team to improve customer experience and coordinate quality control and Wattbike service requests from both home and commercial sites. You'll also be responsible for managing 3rd party courier delivery bookings and tracking, and communicating with internal functions and external stakeholders.
