Business Administration and Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Administration and Customer Service specialist to join our team at Taurus (UK) Ltd. As an Apprentice, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and supporting the sales team in achieving business objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities. You will work closely with our experienced team members to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as customer relationship management, stock control, and purchasing.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail environment and develop a career in business administration. The estimated salary for this role is £18,000 - £20,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage store operations, including stock control, ordering, and inventory management
- Support the sales team in achieving business objectives through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with customer relationship management software and other relevant tools
