Customer Service Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our team in Leicester, providing seamless communication and data management.

The Role:
  • Support with client administration tasks requires precision and care.
  • Responding to customer inquiries via email and live chat demands professionalism and timely updates.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records by documenting interactions on our CRM system is essential.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement will contribute to enhancing the customer experience.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of previous customer service/administrative experience is required.
  • Precision in managing data and documenting interactions is vital.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is highly desirable.

Estimated Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum
