Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at NFP, an Aon company (UK), based in Hemel Hempstead. As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Directors with day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the Directors and team
  • Handling incoming calls and directing them to the relevant personnel
  • Assisting with pre- and post-sales administrative tasks
  • Preparing business quotes for new and renewal opportunities
  • Supporting with compliance-related tasks
  • Maintaining and organizing office records
  • Coordinating internal communication between departments
  • Managing office supplies and ensuring the office runs efficiently

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Motivated and eager to learn
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Benefits:
