We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at NFP, an Aon company (UK), based in Hemel Hempstead.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Directors, ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
  • Handle incoming calls, respond to queries, and direct calls to the relevant team members.
  • Assist with pre- and post-sales administration, including preparing renewal and new business quotes.
  • Manage office records, maintain accurate and up-to-date files, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate office supplies, maintain a well-organized workspace, and ensure the office runs efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other general office programs.
Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Previous experience in a similar Account Management role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • 35 hours Monday – Friday.
