Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at NFP, an Aon company (UK). As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Directors with day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling incoming calls and directing them to the relevant personnel
  • Assisting with pre- and post-sales administration, including preparing renewal and new business quotes
  • Providing support with compliance matters and maintaining accurate records
  • Managing office supplies and ensuring the office runs efficiently
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other general office programs
Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Previous experience in similar Account Management role is preferred
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary depending on experience
  • 35 hours Monday – Friday
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays, Pension Scheme, etc
