We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at NFP, an Aon company (UK), based in Hemel Hempstead. As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Directors with day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:- Handling incoming calls and directing them to the relevant personnel
- Maintaining and organizing office records and documents
- Managing office supplies and ensuring the office runs efficiently
- Providing administrative support with compliance matters
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other general office programs
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Previous experience in similar Account Management role is preferred
- Competitive salary depending on experience
- 35 hours Monday – Friday
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays, Pension Scheme, etc
