* Answering and directing phone calls
* Assisting with pre- and post-sales administrative tasks
* Preparing business quotes for new and renewal opportunities
* Assisting with compliance-related tasks
* Maintaining and organizing office records
* Coordinating internal communication between departments
* Managing office supplies and ensuring office efficiency
* Providing general administrative support to directors and team

Requirements:

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Motivated and eager to learn
* Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Previous administrative experience is a plus
