In the role of Office Administration Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative support to the Administration team and various business functions. Your organized and systematic approach will ensure that all inquiries are addressed promptly, fostering excellent internal relationships and establishing trust quickly.

Highlights of the Role:
  • Compile, create, and distribute business communications
  • Participate in meetings, prepare documentation, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Prepare meeting materials for regular monthly gatherings
  • Ensure the company Intranet is updated for various departments
  • Assist with arrangements for social and charitable events
  • Coordinate with landlords and contractors regarding maintenance and support issues
  • Generate purchase orders as needed
  • Maintain contact lists for company contractors
  • Keep organizational charts current
  • Source and reserve meeting spaces as required
  • Review invoices for services such as hotels, couriers, and supplies
  • Complete reconciliation and coding of company credit card transactions
  • Keep holiday and meeting schedules updated
  • Support the Executive Assistant as needed
This position is based in our support office and requires a valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
