We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team at NFP, an Aon company (UK), based in Hemel Hempstead.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Directors, ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
- Handle incoming calls, respond to queries, and direct calls to relevant personnel.
- Manage office records, maintain accurate and up-to-date files, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare renewal and new business quotes, and assist with pre- and post-sales administration.
- Support with compliance matters, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other general office programs.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Previous experience in similar Account Management role is preferred.
- Competitive salary depending on experience.
- 35 hours Monday – Friday.
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays, Pension Scheme, etc.
