Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and troubleshoot complex IT issues, providing expert technical support to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing overall service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry-leading technologies, including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Cisco.
  • Lead RMM management and projects, ensuring timely completion, and effective resource allocation.
  • Ensure seamless communication with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, fostering a culture of transparency and trust.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.


Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years' experience in MSP helpdesk environments, with at least 2 years in 3rd line support roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential. A solid understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, and Azure is necessary, as well as experience with firewalls, routers, and networking concepts. Relevant certifications, such as MCSA/MCSE, CCNA, or ITIL, are highly desirable.
