Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Administrator to join our team at Layka Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales, dispatch, and invoicing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry and Management: Accurately enter and manage data in our ERP software, SAGE 200, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Office Administration: Provide flexible administrative support as required, including answering phone calls, assisting field engineers, and supporting contracts teams and customer queries.
  • Order Processing: Prepare quotes, process small parts orders, and issue invoices to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Contract Management: Process sales orders from contracts managers, including registering orders, creating quotes, and issuing delivery notes and invoices.
  • Service and Maintenance: Process service and maintenance cases on Sicon, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • RMAs and Stock Management: Process RMAs (Returned for repair, warranty, or service) and book out stock against contracts, maintaining accurate stock levels.
  • Customer Queries: Investigate and resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:45 - 17:15, with a 4pm finish on Fridays.

Requirements: Own transport is essential due to the location.
