Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in the UK. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and training to our customers and partners in the UK, Ireland, and Nordic regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and training to customers and partners on QSC products and solutions.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with QSC products and systems.
  • Develop and deliver training content for QSC products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve product quality.
  • Travel to customer sites to provide on-site support and training.

Requirements

  • Education to degree level or qualification in a relevant field, such as audio engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical support, audio visual engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of audio, video, and networking technologies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
