Location: Egham, Surrey with Hybrid Working

Salary: up to £34,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Benefits

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at AWD online. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring that our IT systems are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer hardware, software, and networks
  • Install and configure computer hardware and software
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure system uptime and performance
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT support roles
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience with IT service desk software and tools
