About the Role- This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their sales career, offering hands-on experience, mentorship, and clear growth opportunities.
- You will work closely with our BizDev, Marketing, and Sales teams to drive company growth by identifying and generating new business opportunities.
- Responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying leads, and initiating the early stages of the sales process.
- Proactive lead generation of new prospects and business opportunities
- Reach out to potential leads through prospecting, cold calling, and emailing to introduce our company's products/services and drive event attendance
- Qualify and schedule meetings with both inbound and outbound leads based on criteria such as budget, needs, and timeline
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in our CRM system
- Collaborate closely with the sales, pre-sales, and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and campaigns
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities and innovative strategies
- A right to work in the UK
- Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Graduated from a recognised university
- Demonstrates core competencies: confidence, personality, likeability, entrepreneurial flair, influence and persuasion, structure and logic, driven/dynamic
- Business appearance, excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills, strong numerical skills, IT literate and proficient in Microsoft 365, ability to use own initiative and work in a team, passion and drive to make things happen, willingness to travel, strong attention to detail
- Full-time role, Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm, with some flexibility for home-working by agreement
- Free hot and cold drinks, breakfast items, snacks, lunches, and regular takeaway Fridays are provided to all staff in the office
- Occasional travel may be required, including overnight stays
