Role Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Leicester.

Your mission will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, guiding customers through their journey with Octopus Energy and promoting the benefits of green energy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, providing information about our products and services in a friendly and informative manner.
  • Assist customers in selecting the best tariff to suit their needs, becoming an expert on our products and services.
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer onboarding and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • A background in customer service, operations or telesales environments would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond accordingly.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • An adaptable personal style, with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team, receiving feedback and using it to improve performance.
