We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in Coventry as a Customer Onboarding Specialist.

As a key player in promoting the very best of Octopus Energy, you'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line – guiding customers through their journey and helping them make informed choices that benefit both their household and the planet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with prospective new customers, providing them with information about our products and services in a friendly and informative manner.
  • Onboard customers by assisting them to select the best tariff to suit their needs, showcasing your expertise as an Octopus product guru.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is personal, informative, and focused on the customer's needs.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in fast-paced customer service, operations, or telesales environments would be advantageous.
  • Clear communication skills with a focus on listening and acute attention to detail.
  • Honest, focused, and committed to delivering the highest levels of customer service.
About the Role:

Location: Leicester

Salary: £23,400

Hours: Full-time
