We are seeking an enthusiastic Full-time Sales Assistant to play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers at Naylor's Equestrian LLP.
Job OverviewThis is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary of approximately $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience. As a sales assistant, you will be responsible for providing a knowledgeable and seamless customer experience for all customers that enter the store.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain clean and tidy stock standards on the shop floor for customers at all times.
- Collaborate with your team members to achieve sales and KPI targets through being knowledgeable on current trends, in-store promotions, and continuously evolving store processes.
A positive attitude towards a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment is essential. You will also need to be flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on store needs.
