We are an **innovative healthcare provider**, committed to improving health outcomes and reducing health inequalities in our local community. As a Maternity Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting pregnant women and new mothers to achieve their health goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver stop smoking interventions in a variety of settings, including hospitals and community clinics
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care to patients
  • Conduct assessments and develop personalized plans to support patients in quitting smoking
  • Monitor progress and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions

You will have a strong understanding of health promotion principles and practices, with experience of working with diverse populations. You will also be highly organized, with excellent time management and communication skills.

**Estimated Salary:** £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
