Job Title: Facilities Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support the daily facilities operations at an academy of schools.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with maintenance, security, and upkeep of premises, buildings, and grounds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of facilities, including classrooms, offices, and common areas.
  • Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs or unclogging drains.
  • Ensure the safety and security of premises, including locking doors and reporting any incidents.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve school goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in facilities, maintenance, or operational functions is desirable.
  • A willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Estimated Salary:

£27,500 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
