About the Role
School Site Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of Thomas Buxton School, located in the heart of Tower Hamlets, East London. As a Facilities Management Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional facilities management services in an operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver facilities management services to meet the needs of students, staff, and visitors
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and effective communication
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support excellent facilities management practices
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in facilities management, preferably in an educational setting
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances
