As a Care Support Professional with Superior Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to work across various care settings, including nursing and residential care homes, supported living facilities, and learning disability placements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism
  • Assist with daily living skills, including cooking, shopping, activities, while promoting independence
  • Plan and facilitate activities such as arts and crafts, games, sensory experiences
  • Work flexibly as a part of a team, adapting to the needs of the service users.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism
  • A caring, empathetic, and patient attitude, strong communication skills
  • Ability to commit to at least 24 hours of work per week
  • UK driver license and access to your own vehicle is essential for this role
