Amazon Partner Escalations Investigator

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Partner Escalations Investigator to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a key member of our Amazon Partner Escalations Team, you will play a critical role in investigating claims with different levels of severity, conducting deep dives on data from various internal systems, and proposing remedial action based on investigation findings.

About the Role:

  1. Investigate claims with different levels of severity;
  2. Conduct deep dives on data from various internal systems; propose remedial action based on investigation findings;
  3. Manage assigned casework and close investigations by meeting expected quality and SLAs;
  4. Consult and collaborate with business partners across DSP Management, Corporate ER teams, Legal teams, PR and 3rd Party Vendors, Audit and Compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree;
  • Fluent English and German (written and verbal communication);
  • Experience in Excel, data analysis and reporting;
  • Experience in managing stakeholders in medium-large organisation;
  • Additional EU languages will be a plus.
