The Centralized Investigation Expert plays a vital role in the Amazon IB team, ensuring daily operational activities run smoothly across INFCs. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a forward-thinking team, driving operational excellence and system support that span the entire company.

Job Description

The Investigation Specialist will be responsible for supporting Sellers, Associates, and Management while maintaining program standards for individual and team performance. To excel in this role, you should be able to analyze data, identify trends, and drive seller experience without compromising on time. A basic understanding of inbounding is also necessary, as well as effective communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

A Day in the Life

An Investigation Representative conducts assigned investigations in a timely manner within an ambiguous environment using data analysis and other tools. They insist on high standards by effectively diving deep to summarize findings and propose solutions, identifying gaps and risks in current mechanisms.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English language.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office.
