About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at Amazon, supporting our Logistics division. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in executing our people initiatives, providing excellent internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understanding business goals and recommending new approaches to drive continual improvements in productivity and development of HR within Amazon
  • Creating and driving effective employee relations, retention, and reward programs
  • Implementing HR initiatives to maintain an overall culture of excellent employee relations and communication
  • Coaching and mentoring key stakeholders and leaders across the Amazon Logistics teams
About You

You will have a true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the 'pulse' of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement. Your passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement will be key to your success in this role.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
