Rollenverantwortung
  • Als HR Business Partner sind Sie die kompetente Kontaktperson für alle HR-Themen eines definierten Netzwerks unserer Verteilzentren.
  • Sie begleiten die Betriebsleitung und alle Kolleginnen und Kollegen mit Ihrer fachlichen HR Expertise und stehen mit Empathie und Flexibilität für alle anfallenden Fragen bereit.
  • Sie betreuen in dieser Rolle mehrere Standorte Ihrer Region und koordinieren dabei selbstständig Ihre Reisetätigkeit, um stets präsent und nach den Bedürfnissen Ihrer Netzwerks vor Ort zu sein.

Bereits heute arbeiten wir mit verschiedenen Verteilzentren und möchten Sie als Netzwerkbetreuer/in als wichtigen Partner unterstützen, um die Herausforderungen der Logistik zu meistern.

Voraussetzungen
  • Studienabschluss
  • Erfahrung in einer HR-Rolle in einem international aktiven, dynamischen, kundenorientierten Umfeld
  • Erfahrung in der Verwendung von Daten oder anekdotischer Evidenz zur Begründung von geschäftlichen Entscheidungen
  • Erfahrung in der Kommunikation mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern, einschließlich Kolleg:innen und Führungskräften
  • Fortgeschrittene Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit der MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) im beruflichen Umfeld
