Recovery Support Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Specialist to join our team at Hestia Charity. As a Specialist Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health difficulties to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement personalized recovery plans with service users to empower them to take control of their mental health.
- Provide one-to-one support and guidance to service users to help them identify and manage triggers for crisis.
- Collaborate with statutory providers and other voluntary sector agencies to ensure seamless support and treatment for service users.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to monitor progress and make adjustments to support plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service user interactions, support provided, and outcomes.
- Proven experience working with individuals with mental health difficulties.
- Knowledge of relevant mental health legislation, including Care Program Approach (CPA) processes.
- Understanding of recovery principles and approaches.
- Ability to work effectively with service users, statutory providers, and other stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
