Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Community Link Worker to join our team at Recovery Focus. As a Community Link Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to maintain their tenancy and independence in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to help individuals achieve their goals and aspirations
  • Provide guidance and support in domestic and financial management skills
  • Assist individuals in accessing work, leisure, and educational opportunities
  • Enter accurate case notes onto our IT system
  • Liaise with GP surgeries, local councils, charities, and other relevant organizations
  • Promote the service within the community

Requirements

  • Caring, consistent, and flexible approach
  • Ability to connect with people at all levels
  • Understanding of drug and alcohol issues, county lines, and antisocial behavior
  • Willingness to participate in learning and development opportunities
  • Access to a vehicle for business purposes (mileage expenses paid)
