Role Overview: Wellbeing Recovery Worker
As a Wellbeing Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in guiding individuals on their recovery journey. You will act as a key worker, building strong relationships with clients and providing personalized support tailored to their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on their goals and aspirations.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance, facilitating progress towards recovery objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' needs and challenges.
- Implement psycho-social interventions to address underlying issues contributing to substance use or mental health difficulties.
- Collaborate with clinical staff and partner agencies to ensure holistic care and support.
- Maintain regular contact with clients, offering advice, information, and encouragement.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
We seek individuals who are passionate about supporting others in their recovery journey. While experience in substance use or mental health is valuable, we also recognize the transferable skills from other backgrounds such as housing or social care.
