In this role, you will play a vital part in achieving this goal by enforcing financial penalties imposed by the criminal courts. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including Enforcement Delivery Managers, Judiciary, Magistracy, Cluster Staff, and other internal and external parties.

Key Duties
  • Collect and enforce financial penalties, including fines, costs, victim surcharge, and compensation to victims of crime.
  • Collaborate with approved enforcement agents to seize and sell goods belonging to the offender.
  • Pursue debt recovery through various means, including deducting money from an offender's earnings or benefits.
