**Job Title:** Financial Penalty Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Financial Penalty Recovery Specialist to join our team at Brook Street. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the efficient recovery of financial penalties imposed by the criminal courts.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for processing financial information, creating and updating records on our in-house computer system, and collecting financial impositions imposed by the court.

We estimate that the salary for this position is around £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process financial information and create/updating records on our in-house computer system
  • Collect financial impositions imposed by the court
  • Enforce financial impositions using designated Fines Officer Powers
