Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Revenue Collection and Compliance Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and enforcing financial penalties imposed by the criminal courts, including fines, costs, victim surcharge, and compensation to victims of crime.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Enforcement Delivery Managers, Judiciary, Magistracy, Cluster Staff, and other internal and external stakeholders to deliver HMCTS' responsibilities for the enforcement of Fines, Community Penalty Breach Warrants, and other enforcement work.
  • Collect and enforce financial penalties through various means, including deducting money from an offender's earnings or benefits.
  • Collaborate with approved enforcement agents to seize and sell goods belonging to the offender.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines.

Compensation
The salary for this position is £11.59 per hour, rising to £11.88 after 12 weeks.
