We're seeking a talented finance professional experienced in Accounts Receivable or Collections, fluent in Dutch, to join our Global Finance team in the UK as a Collections Specialist.



  • You will respond to customer inquiries relating to account issues and reconcile customer accounts and disputes.
  • You will work closely with in-house Legal counsel and 3rd Party collection agencies to collect on delinquent accounts.
  • You will communicate with Sales, Billing, and Cash Applications regarding collection and customer account related issues.
  • You will answer incoming customer calls and emails.
  • You will provide monthly commentary with Business Unit Leaders.

As a successful candidate, you will possess:



  • The ability to speak Dutch fluently to communicate with our customers.
  • Prior collections experience (Ideal Candidates have B2B Collections Experience).
  • Experience of recording information regarding collection efforts.
  • A commitment to producing accurate and high-quality work.
  • System knowledge/experience of NetSuite and SalesForce is desirable.
  • Demonstrates high-level competency in using MS Excel.
  • The ability to speak Dutch is an advantage.

This role plays a vital part in month-end and year-end accounting processes, with additional evening and weekend working hours during these times may be required.
