Care and Support Specialist Role
This exciting opportunity allows you to make a real difference in the lives of those we support in Boston, Lincolnshire. As a Mental Health Recovery Worker, you will provide vital support to individuals experiencing mental illness, creating a safe and welcoming environment for short-term stays.
Key Areas of Responsibility:- Build strong professional relationships with clients, promoting trust and respect.
- Work effectively in similar environments or settings, utilising your skills and experience to deliver high-quality support.
- Ensure client safety and well-being, adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
- Provide crisis intervention and support vulnerable adults, adopting a compassionate and person-centred approach.
- Engage in ongoing learning and training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Utilise your technical abilities to complete reports, care planning, and other administrative tasks efficiently.
- A competitive salary of £23,400 per annum, plus £62.64 per sleep-in shift.
