Grain Handling Specialist

We seek an experienced Elevator Superintendent to oversee our grain handling operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing daily elevator activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Main Accountabilities- Safety and Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety procedures, report hazards, and participate in risk assessments.
- Operations Management: Supervise grain handling activities, monitor equipment performance, and maintain accurate records.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement, develop recommendations, and implement changes to optimize operational efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Foster a positive work environment, provide guidance, and support team members to achieve their full potential.
- 5+ Years Grain Handling Experience: Essential for understanding the complexities of elevator operations.
- Leadership and Management: Proven ability to lead teams, drive results, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with software systems like Maximo and Microsoft Office applications is desirable.
Salary Range
$90,000 - $115,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
