We are seeking a Customer Relationship Management Marketing Specialist to elevate our subscriber engagement initiatives. In this position, you will concentrate on enhancing our CRM capabilities to convert, engage, and retain users throughout their subscriber journey, while also addressing subscriber inquiries.
The ideal candidate will possess a hands-on, strategic, and technical approach, with a proven track record in developing CRM programs from the ground up. You will be tasked with implementing marketing automations that foster user engagement and growth, as well as crafting strategies to boost subscriber interaction and transition users to our premium offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and spearhead user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies
- Oversee comprehensive lifecycle communication across all platforms
- Develop audience segmentation strategies and define subscriber categories
- Manage lifecycle communications for premium subscribers
- Design initiatives to promote habituation, engagement, and retention
- Establish programs for onboarding and re-engagement
- Evaluate campaign performance and refine CRM channels
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to bolster CRM strategies
- Deliver personalized user experiences across various channels
- Generate and distribute performance reports
- Address subscriber inquiries and resolve requests
Qualifications:
- Experience in developing CRM programs
- Demonstrated success in cross-channel lifecycle communications
- Technical proficiency and creative design capabilities
- Customer-focused with a profound understanding of segmentation
- Comprehensive planning and execution of lifecycle campaigns
- Proficient in customer engagement platforms
- Experience in automation and personalization strategies
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
Preferred Skills:
- Experience within a subscription-based business model
- Background in customer success and problem-solving
- Familiarity with customer success platforms and analytics tools
- Competency in HTML and CSS
