We are seeking a Customer Relationship Management Marketing Specialist to elevate our subscriber engagement initiatives. In this position, you will concentrate on enhancing our CRM capabilities to convert, engage, and retain users throughout their subscriber journey, while also addressing subscriber inquiries.

The ideal candidate will possess a hands-on, strategic, and technical approach, with a proven track record in developing CRM programs from the ground up. You will be tasked with implementing marketing automations that foster user engagement and growth, as well as crafting strategies to boost subscriber interaction and convert users to our premium offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and spearhead user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies
  • Oversee comprehensive lifecycle communication across all channels
  • Establish audience segmentation strategies and define subscriber categories
  • Manage lifecycle communications for premium subscribers
  • Design initiatives to promote user habituation, engagement, and retention
  • Create onboarding and win-back programs
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness and optimize CRM channels
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to support CRM initiatives
  • Deliver personalized user experiences across various channels
  • Generate and share performance analytics
  • Address subscriber inquiries and resolve requests

Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing CRM programs
  • Proven success in cross-channel lifecycle communications
  • Technical proficiency and creative design capabilities
  • Customer-focused with a deep understanding of segmentation
  • Comprehensive planning and execution of lifecycle campaigns
  • Expertise with customer engagement platforms
  • Experience in automation and personalization techniques
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
