Retention Marketing Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled Retention Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Fenwick. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in executing targeted and engaging email campaigns, as well as managing display advertising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the end-to-end execution of email campaigns, working closely with the Senior Retention Marketing Specialist to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.
  • Develop and deploy targeted email content, including newsletters, promotions, and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Implement audience segmentation strategies and personalisation techniques to deliver tailored content to different customer segments.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Retention Marketing Specialist to manage display advertising campaigns, optimising ad placements, creative assets, and targeting for maximum visibility and engagement.
  • Conduct A/B testing on email content and display ad elements to optimise performance, analysing results and implementing data-driven insights to enhance future campaigns.
  • Track and analyse key performance metrics for email and display campaigns, providing regular reports to the Senior Retention Marketing Specialist and offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
About You:

You have a solid understanding of display advertising platforms and the ability to optimise assets and targeting for maximum impact. Your experience in audience segmentation and personalisation strategies allows you to deliver targeted and relevant content effectively.

You are adept at conducting A/B testing on campaigns, using data insights for continuous improvement. Your effective communication skills, both written and verbal, enable you to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey campaign performance clearly.
