About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced CRM Manager to join our team. As a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a multi-channel CRM strategy to drive customer engagement and growth. You will work closely with our marketing and customer service teams to develop and execute campaigns that meet our business objectives.

- Proven experience in CRM management, preferably in the iGaming or Sports Betting industry
- Strong understanding of customer engagement and growth strategies
