About the Role

We are seeking an experienced CRM Manager to join our team. As a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a multi-channel CRM strategy to drive customer engagement and growth. You will work closely with our marketing and customer service teams to develop and execute campaigns that meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a multi-channel CRM strategy to drive customer engagement and growth
  • Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to develop and execute campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to inform marketing and customer service strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors
Requirements
  • Proven experience in CRM management, preferably in the iGaming or Sports Betting industry
  • Strong understanding of customer engagement and growth strategies
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
