Job Title: VP of Customer Relationship Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled VP of Customer Relationship Management to lead our client's CRM strategy and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM and MarTech, with experience in international and emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a data-driven CRM strategy to drive customer value and business results.
  • Lead the integration and optimization of CRM platforms, with a focus on Optimove.
  • Drive customer activity via push notifications and in-app messaging.
  • Provide detailed and frequent CRM performance reports to executive leadership.
  • Manage a small team of CRM professionals and mentor them to deliver excellence.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical expertise in CRM platforms, ideally Optimove.
  • Proven experience in the gaming and gambling industry, particularly in international and emerging markets.
  • Experience driving customer activity via push notifications and in-app messaging.
  • Strong focus on analytics and performance metrics.
  • Ability to develop creative CRM propositions that resonate with customers.
  • Proven experience managing CRM teams and driving high performance.
